• Finding information on the internet is compatible with finding information in the library.
• This requires a professional presentation.
• Library internet services are compatible with legislation.
• Services must promote the library law's intentions.
• This means there is a distinction between the information we point to and information that is available.
• Giving priority to library internet services is compatible with local development planning.
• Information technology, school reforms, state priorities for the regions.
• This helps us integrate into the public sector, as an alternative to depending on politicians.

• Immediate and effective searching:
• No booking
• Maksimum waiting 20 min.
• No e-mail, but subscribed mail.
• Encourage effective searches.
• When asked, the staff recommend sources and advise users in the search for relevent information.
• Lending, information found by the users themselves and simple book enquiries  are not included here.
• We usually found the answers through our home pages rather than through search engines.
