• librarian decides site content

  • help those who need help:
    • reduced scrolling (reduced hand functions)
    • text scales (reduced reading abilities)
    • others
• site intention has to be clear
• the most important services 
  • top, alphabetical, frequency based
• site map / search field
• key information - contact, visit
• avoid jargon
• use balanced character set
• avoid "links" / "other" 
  • if it's important it should be said, or left out.
• avoid weather forecasts! 
• avoid short version or letters BL, BN, FSZEK 
• avoid mixed icons 
• horizontal folders not popular Budapest (HU)
